Why does the organ need refurbishment?
A lot of it still in its original 1871 state, meaning that some elements are worn, corroded or leaking!

Our next concert is coming round fast – we’re excited to welcome Ledbury Community Brass Band, directed by David Thomas, as part of our Patronal Festival weekend. A varied programme of film music, popular songs and classic! Tickets £12 on the door.

Next Concert – Refugium Chamber Choir!
Bosbury’s next concert on 2nd May is a showcase of the stunning and varied music which has been heard in the British Isles since the Renaissance, sung by Refugium Chamber Choir and directed by Simon Harper. The concert opens with Orlando Gibbons’ exhilarating 8-part O clap your hands and includes works by Harris, Byrd, Parry, Holst and more!

Organ Open Weekend
Following a successful Organ Open Day in 2025 we will be holding and Organ Open Weekend in 2026! Music, talks, exhibitions, recitals (including a recital by John Challenger, Salisbury Cathedral). 5th and 6th September 2026, more details coming soon.
